Hi Stuart,

The MySQL Workbench file of the Ensembl Variation schema 71 is available 
on the CVS (database-schema.mwb):
http://cvs.sanger.ac.uk/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/ensembl-variation/schema/?root=ensembl&pathrev=branch-ensembl-71
