[ensembl-dev] beta REST api, homoly/id/ default value for the aligned param

Thank you for reporting this Alberto,

We still have some inconsistencies and bugs to weed out of the REST api, 
and I suspect this is one of them.

In the code, aligned defaults to true. We'll fix it for you and try to 
get the public facing version updated soon.
