Hi - just to let someone know - if this is a bug

there seems to be a snafoo with some of the 'species.url' values recorded in the core.meta table in ensemblgenomes

for example for Vine the 'species.url' value 'Vitis vinifera' is not valid in urls , even if URLEncoded

e.g.
http://plants.ensembl.org/Vitis vinifera/Location/View?r=1:33171-36056
http://plants.ensembl.org/Vitis%20vinifera/Location/View?r=1:33171-36056

are both invalid - I'm guessing that the space should have been converted to an underscore in the pipeline.

the 'species.production' name does work: 'vitis_vinifera', and is redirected to to 'Vitis_finifera'

on ensembl.org there aliasing allowing 'Homo sapiens' to be redirected to 'Homo_sapiens'

cheers
