[ensembl-dev] DHTMLmerge.pm problem

Hi Gang,
The files conf/LoadPlugins.pm and conf/perl.startup have been changed to fix this problem. Since we are in the middle of export of Ensembl’s CVS to Git, I am attaching them to this email instead of pushing them to branch 74. Please replace your local copies with these files.
