[ensembl-dev] Mirroring Ensembl Website

Hi Naveen

Apache 2.2.4 is rather an old version - we recommend using 2.2.25, as per the instructions on the web* (_not_ 2.4, as it doesn't work smoothly with mod_perl).

If mod_perl isn't installing mod_headers.so, I'm afraid I can't help - we don't offer support with external software beyond the basic installation instructions. You might have to ask a question on an Apache forum or mailing list.

Cheers

Anne

* Sorry, I just noticed that it mentions the most recent version in the text but not in the instructions given to type into the terminal - I'll fix that in the release that's due out this week!
