[ensembl-dev] Wrong file in Ensembl Fungi

Thanks for pointing this out - this FASTA file contains all the toplevel 
sequences for this species (so you'd expect both chromosomes and any 
other unassembled supercontigs) - however, for some reason, the some 
supercontigs present in the chromosomes have been erroneously labelled 
as toplevel. This will be fixed in the next release, so I'd suggest you 
download the individual chromosomes.
