[ensembl-dev] Changed values in attrib_type.code

Hi Jeremy,

These changes have happened due to a major reformatting of some of our
density features, therefore not likely to happen to often.
We are planning to remove some attribute codes though, as there are a
number of duplicates and confusions about them.
If you can send us a list of the attribute codes you are using, we can
make sure we leave those alone as much as possible.

Out of curiosity, what were those attribute codes used for in your scripts ?
