[ensembl-dev] multiWig tracks in Ensembl

Hi Andrew

You certainly can, although we do things slightly different in Ensembl. You can find information on how to configure these tracks here:

http://www.ensembl.org/Help/Faq?id=386

The 'Open Chromatin & TFBS' and 'Histones & Polymerases' tracks have a display option to show 'signal'. This will draw something every similar to the image below, although it should be easier to differentiate between the different signal profiles within a track as we provide a trace of plot style display rather than a histogram.
