[ensembl-dev] ensembl attach remote wig file more than 5MB error

Hi Mahesh,

I believe the max file size of an un-indexed/non-big data format is 5MB as specified at http://www.ensembl.org/info/website/upload/index.html. Do you still get the same problem if you switch to using bigWig as your file format? UCSC have some documentation on converting from wig to bigWig at http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/bigWig.html.
