[ensembl-dev] How to activate memcache?

Hi All

I tried to activate Ensembl memcache, following this introduction:
http://asia.ensembl.org/info/docs/webcode/memcached/configure.html .
But it doesn't and causes a number of error.

Is there more modification I should do ?
