[ensembl-dev] VEP changing 0 and 0.0 to '-'

VEP 2.4 still changes zeroes to “-“.

I am adding new, numerical columns to the output, and this behavior causes problems, including an inability to distinguish a null value (empty string) from an actual value of 0.

Any chance this can be changed, at least as an option?
