[ensembl-dev] EnsemblBacteria table type problem

Hi All

I'm building Ensembl genomes mirror (release-12), including bacteria,
fungi, protists, plants and metazoa.

So far so on, fungi and metazoa work very well, but  EnsemblBacteria Mirror
has problem, something about selectall_arrayref. The error message is
following:
