Hi there,

Thanks for VEP but I spotted some broken links on table under 
http://www.ensembl.org/info/docs/variation/vep/vep_script.html#pre

For example I think that
ftp://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-66/variation/VEP/homo_sapiens/homo_sapiens_vep_66_sift_polyphen.tar.gz

Should be

ftp://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-66/variation/VEP/homo_sapiens_vep_66_sift_polyphen.tar.gz
