[ensembl-dev] API for 'Export image' function?

Others may know a better way, but if you don't need anything to 
heavy-duty you could always grab the images using the export url:
e.g.
wget 
http://fungi.ensembl.org/Saccharomyces_cerevisiae/Component/Location/Web/ViewBottom?r=VII:786054-786920;export=png
..or with LWP.
