Hi Guys, Apology for such a naive question . I use Variant Effect Predictor [VEP] script to annotate some variants with possible consequences. I use the API version 66. I was wondering, does the VEP uses the API version as default or just takes the latest data base version from Ensembl database ?? thanks, Mamun
