[ensembl-dev] Ontologyadaptors from latest enemblgenomes release

A while back I reported a problem with getting an Ontology adaptor through the Ensemblgenomes API.  With the latest release the problem seems to have reared its head again.

I see that the naming of the ontology database has changed again to include both the release and software versions, so is another fix in the API required?  I've got it working by manually entering the database in the registry but it would be good to have it work automatically.

Also I seem to be getting a spurious warning about the software and database versions not matching (10 vs 63), which I guess is another parsing bug from the updated ontology database name.
