[ensembl-dev] Sanger downtime - addendum

Hi all

An astute user has asked if the Ensembl public MySQL instances will be offline this week, along with the websites. The answer, sadly, is yes. The entire Sanger datacentre is being switched off - only a skeleton frontend will be run, to display notification pages and ensure that our web domains don't disappear from the 'net completely!
