[ensembl-dev] variant_effect_predictor.pl

Dear Ensembl team,

In order to annotate potentially new SNPs, I used to use  
snp_effect_predictor.pl which provides the rsID name (if existing) in  
the "Existing_variation" column.

Now that I am using variant_effect_predictor.pl (according to the new  
Ensembl version), it seems that I do not get the rsID anymore in the  
"Existing_variation".

Have you noticed this problem before?
