[ensembl-dev] Repeated Error

Hi,

I am running LD analysis on list of SNP's. I am getting this error
"DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Lost connection to MySQL server during query
at /home/gaurav/ensembl/modules/Bio/EnsEMBL/DBSQL/SliceAdaptor.pm line 616,
<IN> line 48" after every few analysis.
I have local copy of variation database and using core database at ensembl.

Please help me in resolving this?
