[ensembl-dev] Fwd: Couple of doubts using Perl API

 Hi,

I am using Perl API's for fetching data. So I have couple of questions:

   1. Can I access local copy of  ensembl database using Perl API's, if yes,
   how?
   2. Is there way of lazy parsing LD data coming from variation database? I
   am trying to get all LD variations associated with variation rs9272346. This
   is giving a very large memory footprint, I can do lazy parsing as it is
   available in variation adaptor?
