[ensembl-dev] Interfacing ENST and UCSC genes

Dear all,

I'd like to create a list that maps Ensemble genes to UCSC genes.
Ideally I'd like to have a file that contains the ENST and UCSC name
of the gene (e.g. uc001aaa) for all genes that match 100%. I would
need the same file with at least 90% and 80% overlap.
 It seems to be possible to create something similar with the UCSC
table browser, but then I only managed to get one ID, either ENST or
UCSC.

Any suggestions are welcome!
