[ensembl-dev] BlastView issue

Hi,

I have setup the local BlastViewe. The output I am getting is not inline
with the output on www.ensembl.org.
I suspect it is due to improper setting of certain attributes in the general
section in Defaults.ini (/SERVER_ROOT/conf/ini-files).
Can you please elaborate more on what exactly needs to be set for the
following attributes.
ENSEMBL_REPEATMASKER
ENSEMBL_BLAST_FILTER
ENSEMBL_BLAST_MATRIX
ENSEMBL_CALC_GENOTYPES_FILE


 is output different because of not setting these parameters?
