[ensembl-dev] feedback website for the Ruby Ensembl API

All,

We have set up a website at userecho to enable feedback for the Ruby Ensembl
API. If you have suggestions/ideas or questions about using the API, you can
post them there. It's also possible to "vote up" suggestions made by other
users. This will give us an idea of which features should be implemented
first.
