[ensembl-dev] Attaching URL data

I have a question about uploading a GFF file of annotations to the genome browser.  If I go here:

	http://plants.ensembl.org/Oryza_sativa/Location/View?r=1:1-100000

And choose "Manage your data" and then "Upload Data" or "Attach URL Data" and then indicate this file:

	http://dnasubway.iplantcollaborative.org/files/projects_files/0DBA/gff3.gff

I get a message that seems to indicate all is well, and yet I see no features.  Can you advise, please?
