Hi

I am trying to find out what sources of sequence variants ensembl uses
for cattle data apart from dbSNP. On the website it says:

http://www.ensembl.org/info/docs/variation/index.html

Ensembl also includes data from other sources. For a complete list, go
to a species Location page (e.g. for human
<http://www.ensembl.org/Homo_sapiens/Location/View?r=6:133017695-133161157>),
and click on the "Configure Your Page" link on the left-hand side. The
variation section of this contains a detailed description of all sources
of variation data for that species. For example, in human there is data
from Illumina chips, Affy GeneChip Arrays
<http://www.affymetrix.com/index.affx>, the European Genome-phenome
Archive (EGA) <http://www.ebi.ac.uk/ega/page.php>as well as an
increasing amount of phenotype data.

If you do this for cow it just says:
-all sources
-dbSNP

How do I find out the other sources apart from dbSNP?

thanks
