[ensembl-dev] PBSpro module?

Hi Will,

Thanks for your suggestion. I have not tried because PBS was on another 
machine. If PBS works with Ensembl system maybe I should move the pipeline 
to that machine. I think I need to find the differences between SGE and PBS 
and make some modifications of SGE module. Right now, the pipeline was run 
by local submission. It takes too much time for raw compute.
