[ensembl-dev] "Streamlining" a local funcgen database

Hi all, 

 

I am using the EFG solely for array mapping.  Obviously this means I
need the ensembl fungen database but I'm wondering if there is a list of
required tables?  I am thinking of only installing the tables I need to
save disk space.
