[ensembl-dev] Problems installing EnsEMBL Mirror

Hi,

I am trying to install a local EnsEMBL mirror with a minimalistic  
installation with only one species. Unfortunately my attempts to  
install Ensemble did not work. I tried a non standard EnsEMBL  
installation and to be sure it is not a database problem I tried a  
small EnsEMBL species too (yeast). In the end on every Apache startup  
the crashing message is similar regardless of which database was used  
(see end of message). Some global configuration data can't be accessed  
properly it seems, but I have no idea what is causing this. I followed  
every installation guide I could find and commandline scripts with  
using the perl api work too.
