Hi,

Ensembl VEP v113 output (GRCh38):

## Existing_variation : Identifier(s) of co-located known variants

Existing_variation
rs139098189,CM149093,COSV99482850
<...>

Where does CM149093 come from?

There is nothing about it in the documentation, which only mentions dbSNP IDs. COSV99482850 is from COSMIC database but CM149093 I cannot recognize (neither can Google). Would be nice to have all variation sources listed *with their corresponding IDs*. Currently, Ensembl web (Ensembl Variation - Data sources) page does not include the database identifiers.

Best,

Ivan
