Job: Bioinformatics Developer

We are seeking a Bioinformatics Developer to expand our comparative genomics resources. We’re looking for a MSc, PhD or equivalent in computational biology or bioinformatics and experience working with big data including proficiency in programming, relational databases, and cloud computing. Closes 12th September.

Job: Software Developer

We are seeking a Software Developer to join our Software Infrastructure team. We’re looking for a bachelors or higher degree, or have equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Software development and maintenance, Bioinformatics, or related fields and significant experience in maintaining a large code base, object-oriented Perl and SQL. Closes 21st September.

Job: Outreach Officer

We are seeking an outreach officer to join our team, providing support and training to users of our genome resources. We’re looking for a background in bioinformatics or a related field, excellent English communication skills and experience delivering presentations and workshops. Closes 1st October.
