Job: Bioinformatics Developer

We are seeking a Bioinformatics Developer to help expand comparative genomics resources. We’re looking for a post-graduate degree in computational biology or bioinformatics, experience working with big data, proficiency with cloud computing, relational databases, and at least one programming language. Closes 3rd January 2022.

Job: Ensembl Metazoa Project Leader

We are seeking a Project Leader to develop and manage the Ensembl Metazoa resources. We’re looking for a degree in computer science, bioinformatics or a related field and four years experience of working in genomics including delivering software on a regular release cycle, familiarity with Linux, relational databases, and at least one programming language. Closes 5th January 2022.
