[ensembl-dev] issue retrieving dbNSFP data via VEP Rest API

Hi everybody,

I’m working on a tool using annotation data from the Ensenmbl VEP Rest API part of which is retrieving prediction & conservation scores of the dbNSFP database.

My query GET request looks like this:

http://grch37.rest.ensembl.org/vep/human/region/2:46803383:46803383/A?&dbNSFP=MutationTaster_score,MutationTaster_pred,Polyphen2_HDIV_score,GERP++_RS,GERP++_RS_rankscore&content-type=application/json <http://grch37.rest.ensembl.org/vep/human/region/2:46803383:46803383/A?&dbNSFP=MutationTaster_score,MutationTaster_pred,Polyphen2_HDIV_score,GERP++_RS,GERP++_RS_rankscore&content-type=application/json>

I receive a .json containing most of the requested data, but not the ones from dbNSFP.

Can somebody tell me how to change it in order to get everything I need?
