Dear Community -

I notice some fungal genomes have Untranslated regions (UTRs) annotated, whereas other fungal genomes do not. For example saccharomyces cerevisiae does not have UTR annotation.

What is the general pattern or policy about annotation UTRs in fungal genomes?
