[ensembl-dev] Cannot access the Dev Archives

Hi Andy,

I'm still getting the "This site can't be reached" error when trying to 
follow the link to the Dev Archives.

Note that mail.ensembl.org is not responsive. 'ping' hangs forever:

   [hpages at juanite ~]$ ping mail.ensembl.org
   PING mailhost01.ebi.ac.uk (193.62.195.237) 56(84) bytes of data.

And after doing CTRL+C:

   --- mailhost01.ebi.ac.uk ping statistics ---
   12 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 11001ms
