[ensembl-dev] Down for essential maintenance

All Ensembl websites (the main site at www.ensembl.org, the GRCh37 site, 
Pre! and archives) will be down for around 30-45 min at 14.00 GMT on the 
15th March 2017. This is to allow for essential database migration. The 
mirror sites (useast.ensembl.org, uswest.ensembl.org and 
asia.ensembl.org) will be available during this time but the Tools (such 
as the VEP and BLAST) will not.
