[ensembl-dev] Minimum BioPerl version for the "new" VEP

Hi all,

I'm writing writing custom plugins for the "new" (post-87) VEP. While
the VEP documentation does not indicate a minimum version of BioPerl,
is there a particular minimum required BioPerl version that I can
safely assume?
