[ensembl-dev] Ensembl-VEP 87 missing mouse species

Greetings,

It seems that some mouse species, like DBA_2J, have gone missing from the
87th version of Ensembl 87.  For example, the DBA_2J files are not present
at this folder:

http://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-87/variation/VEP/

but are present in the previous release:

http://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-86/variation/VEP/

Any help or information would be more than appreciated.  Thank you for your
time.
