[ensembl-dev] Assembly Converter

Hi

I am trying to use the ensemble converter for maize.

http://plants.ensembl.org/Zea_mays/Tools/AssemblyConverter?db=core

However, I can found it only to convert from version AGPv3 -> AGPv4 and
vice versa, I want to convert AGPv2 -> AGPv3 converting vcf files.
How I can do this?

I am also trying with CrossMap http://crossmap.sourceforge.net, but I do
not have  a  chain file to use it. Anny suggestions?
