Hi all,

I can download Neurospora crassa genome sequence and annotation in the
following link.
http://fungi.ensembl.org/Neurospora_crassa/Info/Index?db=core

However, I can also download Neurospora crassa genome sequence and
annotation from Broad Institute as below.
http://www.broadinstitute.org/annotation/genome/neurospora/MultiDownloads.html

Are the two genome sequences and annotation identical? If not, what is the
difference? Thanks.
