[ensembl-dev] VEP web interface problems

Hello,

I am using VEP on grch37.ensembl.org with Safari, Mac 10.11 and have 3
suggestions/questions.

1) When "Find co-located known variants" is disabled, the checkboxes below
are hidden and `--pubmed` is left enabled by default. I think it is
counter-intuitive.

2) It would be helpful if the users can check "Command line equivalent"
before throwing a job.

3) Is there a way to download a result in gzipped VEP? The following
command did not work: `wget -O- "
http://grch37.ensembl.org/Homo_sapiens/Download/Tools/VEP?format=vep;tl=***"
| gzip >result.vep.gz`
