[ensembl-dev] Ensembl public database downtime, 4th February 2016

Our public MySQL server, ensembldb.ensembl.org, will be unavailable for 
approximately two hours between 1400h and 1600h GMT on Thursday 4th 
February for essential maintenance. This will also affect our public 
Biomart database server, martdb.ensembl.org. The mirror sites, 
useastdb.ensembl.org and asiadb.ensembl.org will be unaffected. We 
apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
