[ensembl-dev] accessing the tilepath entries programatically

I can't find this clone in any assembly, but if you take about
50 nucleotides from each end of the NCBI record:
    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/AF274853.3
and blat it to GRCh38 you find a similar sequence at:
    chrX:151,266,649-151,378,870
