Hi,

Our public MySQL server will be unavailable for a short period at 1600 
GMT on Thur 11th Sept for essential maintenance. We expect the downtime 
to last for only a few minutes, but during this time connectivity on 
ports 3306 and 5306 will be lost. Our US mirror (useastdb.ensembl.org) 
will however be unaffected by this work. Sorry in advance for any 
inconvenience this may cause.
