[ensembl-dev] VEP frameshift interpretation

Hi,
In the HGVS notation for frameshift mutations, VEP provides the number of amino acids in the reading frame after which a stop codon occurs.  does VEP translate the 3'UTR if the new reading frame does not have a stop codon within the original coding sequence?
