Sorry to hear you're having problems, but its not entirely clear to me 
what your script is trying to do and what the exact problem is. Can you 
summarise these for me and I'll see if we can help?

PS: One thing I'd note is the registry may take a little longer to load 
due to the increased number of species in Ensembl Bacteria. We have an 
optimisation for Bio::EnsEMBL::Registry to reduce this initial load time 
in the HEAD and branch-ensemblgenomes-17-70 branches of the main ensembl 
module.
