[ensembl-dev] Vacancy: Ensembl Web Developer

Are you a web developer with an interest in bioinformatics? We're looking for a highly motivated person to join our team, to create new data views for the Ensembl website (www.ensembl.org) as well as maintaining the current codebase and assisting the rest of the Ensembl project in getting their data online. Our backend systems are LAMP-based (Linux, Apache, MySQL and mod_perl), so familiarity with these technologies is essential, along with proven skills in developing modern interactive websites using JavaScript and CSS.

The job is based in the UK, at the Sanger Institute in south Cambridgeshire.
