[ensembl-dev] error in is_var_novel VEP.pm

I am testing with the CVS API downloaded today, 2012-09-25.

I get this error at the line "foreach my $a(split /\//, $new_var->allele_string) {“ in VEP.pm:

Use of uninitialized value in split at /share/apps/myourshaw/ensembl/ensembl-variation/modules/Bio/EnsEMBL/Variation/Utils/VEP.pm line 4424, <GEN1> line 5029.

The attached VCF input will cause the error.

Terminal output also attached so you can see my configuration.
