[ensembl-dev] Genomes read wrong databases

It looks like the plugin package names changed for release 13.

In conf/Plugins.pm you will need to change the package names for fungi
and common.
E.g.

'EG::Fungi' => $SiteDefs::ENSEMBL_SERVERROOT.'/eg-plugins/fungi',
'EG::Common' => $SiteDefs::ENSEMBL_SERVERROOT.'/eg-plugins/common',

If you still have problems, please attach conf/Plugins.pm in your next
email.
