[ensembl-dev] EnsemblGenomes asks to read Ensembl data?

Hi All

I have both of Ensembl and Genomes mirrors ( on same web server ). Because
of the database server suffers too heavy load, so I remove Genomes's data
to a new mysql server, also change the associated configurations, consist
of  /conf/ini-files/DEFAULTS.ini, public-plugins/mirror/conf/SiteDefs.pm,
and public-plugins/mirror/conf/ini-files/DEFAULTS.ini.

When start Genomes service, system requires the data connection of
Ensembl!!!  And fail starting.

What is the problem?
