[ensembl-dev] attaching BAM as "Remote File" failed with no obvious reason

Dear Ensembl-dev,

	I'm attaching http://wwwdev.ebi.ac.uk/arrayexpress/files/E-MTAB-513/E-MTAB-513.BAM.ERR030856.bam using "Attach Remote File", type BAM. It fails with the following failure "Sorry, the page request failed to load."

	the same BAM attaches OKAY from another URL, like http://wwwdev.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/rcloud/downloads/E-MTAB-513.BAM.ERR030856.bam, with a message "Thank you - your remote data was successfully attached. Close this Control Panel to view your data"
	
	Can you please check the real cause of the failure.
